Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing rental and lesson services
  • Communicating about bookings and support
  • Improving our website and services
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on: contractual necessity (to provide our services), legitimate interest (to improve our offerings), consent (for marketing communications), and legal obligation (tax and accounting requirements).

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for the legally required period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Contact Form

When you send a message through our contact form, you provide your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message. We also record the date of sending, your IP address and browser information to protect the form against spam and abuse.

  • Purpose: replying to your message.
  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to [email protected].
  • Retention: up to 24 months from sending, after which the data is deleted automatically.
  • Recipients: Cloudflare, Inc. (website protection, Turnstile spam check and email delivery), Google (the mailbox that receives the messages) and the hosting provider of our server.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict processing

  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Cookies

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent to cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

  • Necessary (always active): remembering your chosen site language (vc_lang cookie, 12 months), remembering your cookie choice (browser storage, 12 months) and protecting the contact form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics — visit statistics that help us improve the website.
  • Marketing (only with your consent): Google Ads — measuring and personalising our ads.

We run Google tools through Google Tag Manager in Consent Mode. Without your consent, the analytics and advertising tools do not store cookies on your device. These tools are provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area as described in Google’s privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
