Do I need any experience to rent a cello?
Not at all! We welcome complete beginners. Our student cellos are specifically chosen for their ease of play and forgiving tone, making them perfect for those just starting out.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer cellos in sizes 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 4/4 (full size). If you're unsure which size is right for you or your child, we'll help you determine the best fit during your consultation.
How long can I rent a cello?
Our rental plans are flexible — from a single month to a full year. Longer rentals enjoy reduced monthly rates. You can also extend your rental at any time.
What's included in the rental?
Every rental includes the cello, a bow, rosin, and a carrying case. Professional setup is included at no extra cost. Higher-tier rentals include additional accessories and a premium case.
Can I upgrade my instrument during the rental period?
Yes! As you progress, you may want to upgrade to a better instrument. We offer seamless upgrades — simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap.
Do you offer cello lessons?
Yes, we offer one-on-one cello lessons in both English and Polish. Lessons can be conducted in person (Warsaw area) or online. Check our lesson packages for more details.
What happens if the cello gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. For accidental damage, please contact us immediately. Our warranty covers many common issues. Significant damage may be assessed against the security deposit.
Do you deliver outside Poland?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. International shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. All instruments are fully insured during transport.
How do I return the cello?
Simply contact us before the end of your rental period and we'll arrange a courier pickup. Pack the instrument in the original case, and we'll handle the rest.
