We deliver cellos throughout Poland and across Europe. Each instrument is carefully packed in a professional hard case to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery within Poland

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express delivery: 1–2 business days
• Personal pickup available in Warsaw area

International Delivery (EU)

• Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
• All instruments are fully insured during transport
• Customs duties may apply for non-EU destinations

Returns

Returning your rented cello is simple and stress-free:

End of Rental Period

• Contact us at least 7 days before your rental period ends
• We'll arrange a courier pickup at your convenience
• Pack the instrument in the original case and packaging
• Your security deposit is refunded within 14 business days after inspection

Early Return

You may return the instrument before the end of your rental period. Please note that rental fees for the current period are non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply.

Condition on Return

The instrument should be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal use will be deducted from the security deposit.
