1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Violoncelland, including cello rental, lessons, and any related services offered through this website.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Rental Agreement
All cello rentals are subject to a rental agreement signed between Violoncelland and the renter. The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends when the instrument is returned in satisfactory condition.
- A security deposit is required before the instrument is dispatched.
- The renter is responsible for the proper care and storage of the instrument.
- Normal wear and tear is expected; however, any damage beyond normal use will be assessed and charged accordingly.
3. Lesson Bookings
Lessons can be booked via email or through our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in EUR/PLN and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking or rental initiation. We accept bank transfers and major payment methods.
5. Liability
Violoncelland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our instruments or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or rental.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Violoncelland and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
